Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated Project Manager to oversee a £4m hospital refurbishment scheme. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the project team, allocating resources, and ensuring compliance with statutory and company requirements.

Your duties will include:
  • Developing programmes for project delivery and monitoring progress.
  • Identifying quality expectations and ensuring they are achieved.
  • Managing statutory and company requirements for Health, Safety, and environment compliance.
  • Understanding contractual requirements and identifying risks.
  • Maintaining good relationships with clients, consultants, and sub-contractors.
