We are excited to announce an opportunity for a skilled and caring support staff to join our complex care team at Brightening Lives Ltd. As a valued member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting individuals with complex medical health needs, empowering them to live fulfilling lives.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with autism and epilepsy, including seizures and complex health skills. Your ability to administer medication, perform manual handling tasks, and provide personal care will be essential in ensuring the well-being of our service users.

As part of this role, you will work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement care plans that cater to the unique needs of each individual. Your exceptional communication skills, empathy, and patience will enable you to build strong relationships with our service users, their families, and other healthcare professionals.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a competitive salary of £28,000 - £40,000 per annum, dependent on experience. Other benefits include employee wellbeing scheme, employee discount scheme, O.E (Living our Values Every day) rewards and recognition scheme, and fully paid DBS.
