We are looking for an experienced support worker who can demonstrate empathy, understanding, and patience when supporting individuals with autism and epilepsy. Your expertise in manual handling, administering medication, and personal care needs will be essential in ensuring the well-being of our service users.

As part of this role, you will be required to work closely with our team to develop and implement personalized care plans that cater to the unique needs of each individual. Your ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with our service users, their families, and other healthcare professionals will be crucial in delivering high-quality care.
