Your Role

We are seeking a caring and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a member of our staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the physical and emotional wellbeing of our residents. You will work closely with them to understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored care that meets their individual requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting residents with daily activities such as personal care, dressing, and grooming
  • Providing support with meal times, including feeding and hydration
  • Encouraging residents to participate in activities and hobbies
  • Monitoring and reporting any changes in residents' health or wellbeing
