HC-One is seeking a dedicated Care and Support Professional to join its team at Hambleton Grange. As a valued member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional care to our residents.

The estimated salary for this position is £26,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including higher pay rates, paid DBS, free uniform, company pension, and more.

In your role, you will take responsibility for the physical and emotional wellbeing and social needs of our residents. This includes assisting with personal care activities, such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing, and meals.

Delivering care that comes from the heart, you will ensure our residents never lose their dignity or sense of individuality. You will get involved in general activities within the care home, help residents with limited mobility, offer emotional support, and deliver care to those at the end of their life.

Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility, so you will need to recognize signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect and know what to do if you have concerns.
