Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at SSP Group. As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the unit, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer complaints.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
- Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role in hospitality or retail.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
