Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the management team in implementing and delivering business, health and safety, and customer-focused policies.
  • Manage and coordinate staff, including supervision and training.
  • Ensure the highest standards of operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, staff, and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Current First Aid Qualification
  • National Pool Plant Operators Qualification
  • RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification
  • Previous experience in a multi-functional sports/leisure facility with a swimming pool.

  • 37 hours per week, including early, late, and weekend shifts.
