DescriptionYork Sport is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to contribute to the ongoing success of our organization. As a Duty Manager, you will play a key role in implementing and delivering business, health & safety, and customer-dictated policies to the highest standards of operational efficiency.
The post holder will assist the management team in coordinating staff and delivering staff training. Previous experience of working in a multi-functional sports / leisure facility with a swimming pool is essential.
Key Requirements:
- Current First Aid Qualification
- National Pool Plant Operators Qualification
- RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification
- Previous experience of working in a sports / leisure facility
The hours of work are 37 per week, including a combination of early, late, and weekend shifts. The salary range is £28,418.46 per annum.
