About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Duty Manager to join our dynamic team at SSP Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, leading by example, and promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of colleagues to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve operational excellence.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and effective problem-solving.
  • Monitor and analyze unit performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive growth and profitability.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching and feedback to ensure individual and team success.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role in hospitality or retail.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of hospitality or retail operations, including customer service, sales, and inventory management.
