As a Duty Manager (Team Leader) at SSP Group, you will be the driving force behind delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:- Lead by example, promoting inclusivity and motivation within the team.
- Coordinate team efforts, overseeing unit operations and ensuring operational excellence.
- Focus on operational efficiency, staying informed about unit performance and championing improvements.
- Recognise and celebrate exceptional service within the team, building strong relationships and communicating effectively.
