We're seeking a skilled Duty Manager to lead our team at York City Centre Premier Inn. As a key member of our hospitality team, you'll be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high standards of service.

- Manage a winning partnership between our leadership and housekeeping teams to deliver a welcoming, safe, and brilliant hotel experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency.
