Support Worker

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our staff team at Tigh Calman. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting young adults with complex needs.

About You

The ideal candidate will possess a genuine passion for care, be a strong team player, and be resilient with excellent written and oral communication skills. A Diploma Level 2 in Health & Social Care or the willingness to complete this is also essential.
