A leading engineering and manufacturing company is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their team in Skelmersdale.

The ideal candidate will lead the day-to-day HR operations for a 200+ employee site, managing an HR Officer and reporting to the Site Director and offsite HR Manager.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Leading employee relations cases and resolving complex issues smoothly
  2. Driving all recruitment, onboarding, and induction of new starters
  3. Mentoring and supporting the HR Officer to develop and progress

Salary: Up to £42,000 + 15% Bonus + Excellent Package. Location: Skelmersdale (Site-Based).
