Job Overview

ECS Resource Group is a leading provider of innovative solutions and services, and we are currently seeking an experienced Reliable Electrical Systems Specialist to join our team.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of technical expertise and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving the reliability of electrical systems and equipment.

The salary for this role is approximately £45,000-£50,000 per annum, depending on experience, making it a highly competitive offer in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and analysing electrical systems and equipment to identify areas for improvement
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve system reliability and performance
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure production targets are met
  • Providing technical guidance and support to colleagues
  • Conducting regular inspections and maintenance tasks to prevent equipment breakdowns
  • Collaborating with suppliers and manufacturers to source new equipment and technologies
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
  • Contributing to the development of company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in electrical maintenance and repair
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends if required
