Reliability and Performance Specialist

Role Overview:
">We are looking for a talented Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our Consult team in the Northwest. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on complex production equipment and improve the reliability and performance of our automated production lines.
About the Position:
">The successful candidate will be responsible for improving plant reliability and performance, providing production line support, tracking process improvement results, and performing preventive maintenance. You will also have the opportunity to work on continuous improvement projects to enhance reliability and output.
Your Main Responsibilities:
">- Improve plant reliability and performance, ensuring production targets are met and defects minimised.
- Provide production line support, track process improvement results, and perform preventive maintenance.
- Repair equipment breakdowns, establish process conditions, conduct in-line quality checks, and monitor processes.
- Analyse data to fault find and develop improvement plans.
- Maintain and develop delivery of finished products in line with cost, quality, and production schedule requirements.

">A base pay plus 22% shift uplift, along with a range of benefits and optional overtime available. You will also have the opportunity to work on continuous improvement projects to enhance reliability and output.
Essential Requirements:
">- First accomplished technical production support experience.
- Educated in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, servo controls, and PLC fault finding.
- 18th Edition electrical qualification.
- Experience with robotics (ABB preferred) and automated assembly production lines a plus.
- Vision systems experience.
- Ability to read electrical/mechanical drawings.
Estimated Salary: £42,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
