Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team at RGF Staffing UK Limited. This is a permanent office-based role in Lancashire, offering an excellent opportunity for career progression.

The Role:

This position involves managing a team of 2 and reporting directly to the HR Manager. Key responsibilities include identifying process improvements across the HR department, acting as an escalation point for complex casework, and providing expert advice on best practices and policies. You will also excel in HR operational processes, lead projects, and collaborate with senior HR staff.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 3 years' experience as a HR Advisor. You should also possess CIPD level 3 (minimum) and be willing to work in an office environment.
