Job Title: HR Officer / HR Advisor (FTC)

About the Role:

We're seeking a highly organized and communicative HR professional to support our recruitment activities, manage the talent pipeline, and deliver exceptional HR services to our employees. As an HR Officer / HR Advisor, you'll work closely with hiring managers, recruitment agencies, and other stakeholders to attract and appoint top talent, while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination
  • Support hiring managers with recruitment administration, ATS support, and interview guidance
  • Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other stakeholders
  • Manage the talent pipeline, including candidate sourcing, assessment, and onboarding
  • Deliver HR inductions and support the onboarding process for new employees
  • Provide advice and support to line managers on HR and people management matters
  • Attend disciplinary, grievance, capability, and PIP meetings as HR representative
  • Contribute to the annual wellbeing plan and coordinate implementation of activities and events
  • Support the business on welfare matters, including complex absences
  • Actively identify opportunities to improve HR processes and contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures
Requirements:

We're looking for a CIPD L5 qualified HR professional with a broad range of experience at HR Advisor/HR Officer level. You'll be an excellent communicator, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. You'll also be aligned with our values of Exceptional, Proud, and Inclusive.
