We are excited to announce a new opportunity at Gabby's Recruitment for a highly skilled Real Estate Professional. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct property valuations and provide market appraisals to clients, highlighting the unique selling points of each property.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your network and industry knowledge to secure listings and sales.
  • Manage property viewings, negotiate offers, and close sales deals, ensuring seamless transactions and high client satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain accurate property listings, incorporating detailed information and high-quality images.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized support and guidance throughout the sales process.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, consistently delivering results-driven performance.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in property sales, real estate, or a related sales environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with a talent for generating leads and sourcing new business opportunities.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Basic computer skills for managing property listings and CRM software.
  • A valid driving license is desirable for client visits and property viewings.
Benefits and Compensation
  • Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
  • Uncapped commission structure, offering unlimited earning potential
  • Holiday allowance: 28 days per year, including public and bank holidays
