Job Description:

The Role and Responsibilities

This is an ideal opportunity for an individual looking for a foot in the door into a Banking environment. As part of the real estate sales desk you will support customers and brokers by ensuring they are serviced quickly and efficiently via telephone, routing calls to the correct underwriter, completions officer or other business area.

You will be responsible for:

  • Demonstrating superior customer service during communication with customers and colleagues either by phone, correspondence and/or one-on-one meetings.
  • Complying with FCA, KYC, AML & CCA regulations.
  • Complying with 1st line controls by following processes, procedures and policies.
  • Communicating and escalating potential issues/risks in a prompt and effective manner.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Candidate must have excellent customer service skills and a strong telephone manner.
  • Candidate must be computer literate (good knowledge of MS Office suite – Excel, Word).
