Job Title: Internal Sales Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Internal Sales Coordinator to join our Real Estate team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers and brokers are serviced quickly and efficiently via telephone, routing calls to the correct underwriter, completions officer or other business area.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 27 days holiday per year, access to our Maternity, Adoption and Paternity policies from Day 1 of employment, free access to Headspace, a mindfulness & meditation digital health app, and discounts on gym membership nationwide. They will also participate in our annual discretionary bonus scheme designed to reward their contribution to our success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate superior customer service during communication with customers and colleagues either by phone, correspondence and/or one-on-one meetings.
  • Comply with FCA, KYC, AML & CCA regulations.
  • Communicate and escalate potential issues/risks in a prompt and effective manner.

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum.
