Banking and Finance Team Member

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our Real Estate team. As a key member of the sales desk, you will provide exceptional customer service to customers and brokers, ensuring that they are serviced quickly and efficiently via telephone.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong telephone manner, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also have a good understanding of FCA, KYC, AML & CCA regulations and be able to comply with them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate superior customer service during communication with customers and colleagues either by phone, correspondence and/or one-on-one meetings.
- Communicate and escalate potential issues/risks in a prompt and effective manner.
