About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Loss Prevention Advisor to join our team at TJX Companies, Inc. As a Loss Prevention Advisor, you will play a critical role in protecting our assets and ensuring the safety of our customers and associates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and analyze incidents of loss and shrinkage to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
  • Work closely with store teams to educate and train associates on loss prevention best practices and protocols.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with law enforcement and other external partners to ensure effective conflict resolution and loss awareness.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement loss prevention strategies and initiatives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in dealing with shrink and crime resolution in a fast-paced retail security environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and associate engagement.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
