About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to join our Sortation Centre Solutions team in Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the Sortation Solutions team and ensuring that your area of responsibility efficiently and effectively provides security services and asset protection through the design of physical infrastructure and processes across the EMEA Sortation Centre environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Security Projects: Develop and implement comprehensive security projects and programs aligned with organizational goals, including risk-based security initiatives and asset protection strategies.
  • Lead Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify, assess, prioritize risks, and develop risk mitigation strategies to ensure the security and integrity of our operations.
  • Drive Strategic Initiatives: Develop strategic goals, roadmaps, and drive strategic initiatives to improve security and asset protection across the EMEA Sortation Centre environment.
  • Engage Senior Management: Engage senior management from across EMEA to build a culture of security awareness, ensure a positive working relationship, and share successful programs and lessons learned with global teams.
Requirements
  • Relevant Degree or Equivalent: A relevant degree or degree equivalent (e.g., business, project management, criminal justice, security management).
  • Industry Experience: Relevant experience in industry practice, including leading project and programs to reduce risk within operational processes.
  • Team Management: Relevant experience managing a team dispersed across a geographical area, including development, hiring, and performance management.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English, as well as experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), particularly Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formula creation).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree or Equivalent: A relevant advanced degree or degree equivalent (e.g., business, criminal justice, security management).
  • Industry Certification: Relevant industry certification (e.g., ASIS Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Diploma for Certified Security Management Professionals (CSMP)).
  • Project Management Certification: Project management certification (e.g., Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma – Black Belt).
  • Language Skills: Upper intermediate proficiency in a second European language.
