Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Asset Protection Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for protecting our company assets, including personnel, buildings, stock, and costs. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular stock audits to ensure that all company assets are accounted for and protected.
  • Investigate and resolve any stock discrepancies or losses.
  • Develop and implement strategies to prevent stock losses and protect company assets.
  • Collaborate with store managers and other team members to ensure that all company policies and procedures are followed.
  • Conduct regular security compliance checks to ensure that all company security protocols are being followed.
  • Provide training and guidance to store managers and other team members on security-related issues.
  • Install and maintain CCTV systems to ensure that all company premises are secure.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in asset protection and loss prevention.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
