Finance Business Analyst

Brookfield Asset Management, Inc is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to provide first-line support for Concur and MS Dynamics 365 applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective support for D365 and Concur applications in a customer-focused environment
  • Manage user profiles, accounts, financial dimensions, and workflow setup and maintenance for D365 and Concur
  • Offer general D365 support to the Senior Business Analyst and end-users, including query resolution and security level management
  • Act as the regional Concur Help Desk, providing support and assistance to end-users
  • Produce quarterly reports and financial analysis for Senior Management on business expenses
  • Collaborate with Finance and IT on Concur application maintenance and updates
  • Coordinate regional Intranet updates and administer Sharepoint sites
  • Assist with system upgrades and integrations to create efficiencies across the business
  • Map and document existing business and system processes for the region, ensuring they remain relevant and current
  • Provide training to end-users on D365 and Concur functionality

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in an ERP support role
  • MS Office experience
  • Ability to work with multiple clients, vendors, consultants, and stakeholders
  • Broad understanding of business and accounting processes
  • Prior involvement in service delivery, client/customer focus, and relationship management
  • Ability to manage and prioritize workload with minimal supervision
