We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Coordinator for Students to join our team at beBee Professionals in Stoke-on-Trent.

About the Role:

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver targeted support to students with SEN, focusing on building their confidence and independence.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and implement effective strategies for supporting students with complex needs.
  • Monitor student progress, identifying areas where additional support may be required and making recommendations for improvement.
Essential Qualifications:
  • A degree in Education or a related field, preferably with a focus on special educational needs.
  • Proven experience working with students with SEN, demonstrating a deep understanding of their needs and challenges.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and teaching staff.
