Role Overview

The Inclusion Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting students at Stoke On Trent College. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the barriers that prevent learners from achieving their full potential and be able to develop and implement strategies to overcome these challenges.

The Inclusion Coordinator will work closely with teachers, support staff, and external agencies to identify and address the needs of students. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with external agencies and organisations to ensure that students receive the best possible support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide individualised support to students who require additional help to access college courses.
  • To work closely with teachers and other support staff to identify and address the needs of students.
  • To develop and maintain strong relationships with external agencies and organisations to ensure that students receive the best possible support.

Salary: £28,821 per annum. This is a permanent position (1.0 FTE) based at Stoke On Trent College.
