About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Operations Manager to join our team at Semperian Business Support Ltd in Norwich. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for supporting the SPC Management Teams and Supply Chain Partners with asset compliance and performance within an austerity climate.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with experience in managing assets and driving business growth. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop effective solutions to drive results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Asset Compliance and Performance: Ensure that all assets across the region meet the required standards and are performing optimally.
  • Supply Chain Partnership: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our supply chain partners to drive collaboration and innovation.

  • Annual Salary: £62,000 - £72,000 depending on experience.
