Job Summary
As a Regional Operations Manager with Compass UK & Ireland Careers, you will oversee daily catering operations across multiple sites, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality food and exceptional service. This is a full-time position contracted to 40 hours per week.

About the Role
Key responsibilities include operational excellence, client management, team leadership, and financial management. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction. Additionally, you will lead and inspire on-site catering teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment. You will provide training and development opportunities to ensure staff are skilled and motivated. Your attention to detail and ability to analyze financial performance will help you implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency. With your skills in budget management and cost control, you will optimize resources to achieve financial targets.

Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.
