Business Expansion Leader

Job Description: Business Expansion Leader - Join our dynamic team at BMS Performance and play a pivotal role in driving business growth. As a seasoned sales professional, you will lead the charge in expanding our customer base, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth in the East Anglia region.

- Develop and execute business growth strategies to drive revenue expansion and enhance market presence.\
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities, leveraging your network and expertise to drive deals forward.\
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including audiologists, business owners, and industry partners.\
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies.\
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of business growth initiatives, leveraging their expertise to drive results.\
- Present and report on business progress, challenges, and recommendations to senior management, ensuring timely and actionable insights.\
- Prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines while maintaining high levels of productivity and adaptability.

The Package:

- Competitive salary: £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.\
- Bonus/Overtimes earnings: £20,000.\
- Fully expensed company car with hybrid option.\
