Job Description: Business Expansion Leader - Join our dynamic team at BMS Performance and play a pivotal role in driving business growth. As a seasoned sales professional, you will lead the charge in expanding our customer base, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth in the East Anglia region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to drive revenue expansion and enhance market presence.\
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities, leveraging your network and expertise to drive deals forward.\
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including audiologists, business owners, and industry partners.\
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies.\
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of business growth initiatives, leveraging their expertise to drive results.\
  • Present and report on business progress, challenges, and recommendations to senior management, ensuring timely and actionable insights.\
  • Prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines while maintaining high levels of productivity and adaptability.

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in the healthcare or technical products sector.\
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills to drive business growth and inform decision-making.\

  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and demands while maintaining a high level of productivity.\
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver results under pressure.

The Package:

  • Competitive salary: £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.\
  • Bonus/Overtimes earnings: £20,000.\
  • Fully expensed company car with hybrid option.\
  • Benefits: up to 10% pension contribution and 26 days of annual leave.
