Business Expansion Manager

We are seeking an experienced business development executive to join our team at CCA Recruitment Group Careers. This field-based role will cover the Norwich area and focus on driving business growth through identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the customer base and achieve sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships face-to-face
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
Requirements
- Previous direct sales experience in a similar role
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Social media literate
Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary of £29,750 per annum, plus 20% bonus, company van, and fuel card. Additionally, benefits include 23 days paid holidays, public holidays, annual leave purchase scheme, life assurance, access to discounted private healthcare, company pension scheme, family-friendly working policies, and employee perks portal. An estimated total remuneration package is around £36,000.
