We are seeking a skilled and dedicated SEMH Behaviour Support Worker to join our team at a SEMH school in Central Manchester. As a Behaviour Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting students with complex needs and associated anxieties, working collaboratively with teachers and other professionals to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

  • To help students build positive relationships and develop effective coping mechanisms, promoting good behaviour and academic success.
