This critical role requires someone with expertise in crisis management, passionate about promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion.

Aylesbury Women's Aid operates from a feminist perspective, focusing on self-help and empowerment of women and children affected by domestic abuse.

We strive to create a safe environment, offering free resources, emotional support, and temporary accommodations to enable individuals to regain control over their lives.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, conflict resolution abilities, and exceptional communication skills, as well as the ability to prioritize those at highest risk. Estimated Salary: £52,000 per annum
