Protocol Education Ltd is seeking a qualified teacher to fill a specialist SEND school teaching position.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with students who have ASD, ADHD, physical disabilities, and moderate to severe learning difficulties.

  • Key responsibilities include collaborating with teaching assistants and support staff, adapting teaching methods and resources, and following school policies on safeguarding, behaviour management, and individual education plans.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with students and providing high-quality teaching and support.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent and have experience working with SEND in a school setting.
  • A good understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures is essential.

Salary: £25,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
