Teaching Assistant for SEND School

We are looking for a skilled Teaching Assistant to join our team at a Good SEND school in the North/Central Birmingham area.
This role offers a competitive salary of £18,000 - £22,000 per annum and provides the opportunity to work with pupils across all years (ages 4 - 16).
The ideal candidate will hold a Level 3 NVQ certificate in Children's Learning and Development or equivalent and be confident in assisting the teacher with classroom preparation, leading group work, and helping the class teacher with pupil observations.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills and expertise as a Teaching Assistant in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
