We are looking for a motivated and empathetic Teaching Assistant to join our school team, supporting students with special educational needs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in working with children who require additional support, be able to build positive relationships with students, and demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with the teaching team to plan and deliver lessons and activities that meet the needs of students with SEND
  • Provide one-to-one support to students, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential
  • Contributing to the creation of inclusive learning environments, promoting a culture of respect and understanding

The salary for this role is £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, reflecting the importance of this position in supporting our students' learning and personal growth.
