Senior Children's Home Manager

Brook Street Social Care NMR is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Children's Home Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential care and a proven track record of delivering high-quality services to vulnerable young people.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of staff and ensuring that the home is run in a way that promotes the welfare of the young people. This will involve providing supervision and support to staff, planning and implementing programmes of care and activities, and maintaining close liaison with other professional colleagues.
The ideal candidate will hold a Level 3 qualification in Child Care and a Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification or be willing to complete one once employed. They will also have at least 2 years' experience as a Registered Manager in a similar setting.
