Senior Children's Health Care Professional

Lagans Foundation is a renowned provider of specialist home healthcare services to children aged 0 to 19. We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Children's Health Care Worker to join our award-winning team in Greater Manchester.
Main ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Children's Health Care Worker, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to children within their own homes and in the community. You will work closely with the Area Care Team Leader to manage an internal care team and promote positive life experiences and choices for children with complex needs.
You will be responsible for:
- Delivering care to children aged 0 to 19 years, including those with heart defects and feeding difficulties.
- Managing the on-call out-of-hours calls on a rota with the management team.
- Supporting the Area Care Team Leader with team member supervisions and observations.
- Providing exceptional care, including feedback within dedicated communication channels for staff and managers.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience working with children and young people.
- A clean Children's Workforce DBS (we can complete this application if you do not hold a DBS already).
- Ability to embrace and drive change.
- Positive work attitude and personality to uplift and inspire a care team.
