About the Role

Cambian is seeking a dedicated and experienced Children's Home Registered Manager to lead our residential care home in Lytham St. Annes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our young people.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive care plans that address the individual needs of each young person.
  • Lead and manage a team of care staff to provide high-quality care and support.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including parents, carers, and other professionals, to promote the welfare of our young people.
  • Ensure the home is maintained to a high standard, meeting all regulatory requirements.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure the smooth operation of the home.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in residential care, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
  • Knowledge of childcare legislation, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
