Customer Service and Administration Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service and Administration Professional to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional who can provide exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting and welcoming visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Answering incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
- Managing the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Performing data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Handling clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Assisting with administrative tasks using Google Suite and QuickBooks as needed.
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars for staff members.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A proven track record of experience in a front office or administrative role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficient in using computerised systems, including Google Suite and QuickBooks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Salary: £23,000-£25,000 per year.
