Your role will involve collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of safe and effective care to patients with Head and Neck conditions.
You will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, ensuring that it meets the highest standards of quality and safety. Your expertise in clinical patient care and operational decision-making will enable you to drive patient safety and quality improvements forward through the development and implementation of service and quality improvement projects.
The successful candidate will have experience working in a Head and Neck service or relevant speciality and will possess excellent communication and leadership skills. They will be able to work effectively within a challenging and changing clinical environment, using highly specialized equipment and resources. The estimated salary for this role is £41,000 - £51,000 per annum.
