Office Administrator Assistant

A talented Receptionist/ Office Assistant is required to join a successful consultancy who have achieved B-Corp certification. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic team and develop your skills in a fast-paced environment.
The estimated salary for this role is £26,000 - £31,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
Role Overview:
- Main Accountabilities: Welcome visitors, handle internal office communication, manage meeting rooms and bookings, liaise with building management and external clients.
- Additional Responsibilities: Plan social events, arrange lunches for the team and clients.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Previous Experience: Experience working in an administrative or Reception function within a small business environment.
- Critical Abilities: Excellent customer service skills, ability to manage upwards, demonstrate a positive and proactive attitude, strong interpersonal skills.
- Technical Expertise: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
