Programme Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Programme Coordinator to coordinate the delivery of our learning programme and projects portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with external commissioners and stakeholders to book in delivery dates
- Coordinate diaries, commissioning Associates, and confirm delivery details for external commissioners and internal staff
- Work with the team on the proactive set-up and coordination of both small, one-off deliveries as well as larger scale programmes and projects
Requirements:
- Experience working in a busy learning events or administration environment
- Ability to manage multiple requests at the same time
- Confident liaising with both external stakeholders and internal staff
- Excellent attention to detail and reporting skills
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and used to collaborative working
- Excellent communication skills
