About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at University Partnerships Programme. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for students, staff, and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate the reception desk and switchboard, handling incoming and outgoing calls, and responding to queries.
  • Manage the recording of planned and statutory maintenance, procurement of goods, and administration of invoices and personnel records.
  • Assist in the coordination of on-site activities, day-to-day administration, and complete regular reporting.
  • Liaise with the university client, sub-contractors, UPP staff, and residents to support with all queries.
  • Manage and monitor out-of-hours access to the residence, ensuring compliance with fire, health & safety procedures, and any relevant residence instructions.
  • Operate a computer-based property management database, monitoring all planned and reactive maintenance works.
