Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting Training Manager to join our Financial Reporting Training team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that meet the needs of our audit service line.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop close working relationships with stakeholders across the audit business to identify financial reporting training needs.
  • Design and implement a training strategy to meet those needs, working in collaboration with the wider financial reporting team to identify economies of scale.
  • Deliver high-quality training content, meeting strict deadlines and achieving the goal of delivering premium training that meets the needs of the audit service line.

Requirements

  • ACA, ICAS, or equivalent qualification.
  • Knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP is highly desirable, as is an interest in Non-financial (narrative) reporting.
  • Previous training experience is desirable, but not essential.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and achieve the goal of delivering premium training.
