Job Summary

RSM is seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting Training Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Financial Reporting Training team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality training programs to our audit, tax, and consulting professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop close working relationships with stakeholders across the audit business to identify financial reporting training needs.
  • Design and implement a training strategy to meet those needs, working in collaboration with the wider financial reporting team to identify economies of scale.
  • Deliver complex training content meeting strict deadlines, with a focus on live online and eLearning with minimal in-person training.

Requirements

  • ACA, ICAS, or equivalent qualification.
  • Knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP is highly desirable, as is an interest in Non-financial (narrative) reporting.
  • Previous training experience is desirable, but not essential.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and deliver premium training that meets the needs of the audit service line.

We are looking for a confident presenter who can relay complex materials in an engaging and easy-to-understand way. Strong project and time management skills are essential, as you will be involved in supporting the wider training team in the development and coordination of the training program.
