About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Community Care Worker to join our team in CC, South West, North Devon - Somerset. This role is an opportunity to make a profound impact on the lives of adults, offering support they need to thrive in their own homes.

Salary: £13.70-£19.89 per hour, depending on shift and experience.

Job Description:

  • Delivering person-centred care that prioritises dignity and comfort for clients with limited mobility.
  • Providing companionship and being a friendly face for those who need it most.
  • Offering live-in care and promoting independence for clients to lead fulfilling lives.
  • Ensuring safe and timely administration of medication and handling complex clinical needs with expertise and confidence.
  • Providing palliative and end-of-life care with compassion and understanding.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for individuals who have:

  • A minimum of 6 months of professional care experience or experience caring for a loved one in the UK.
  • The ability to assist clients with limited mobility comfortably.
  • The right to work in the UK.
  • Experience with complex care (desired but not essential as full training will be provided).
