**Job Description:**
We have an exciting opportunity for a Leadership Position at Radis Group in Parson's Gardens, Broadway WR12.
The role involves working a 5-hour per week schedule with variable shifts from 7am-3pm, 9am-5pm, and 2pm-10pm, including alternate weekends.
As a Senior Support Coordinator, you will provide vital support to our extra care complex, tailoring assistance to individual needs. Your key duties include:
- Providing supervision and support to our Care Workers
- Allocating work schedules to meet client-specific care requirements
- Assisting with medication administration, personal care tasks, and community activities
You will also participate in our on-call rota, providing coverage for emergency situations as needed.
