About the Role

Cygnet Health Care is seeking an exceptional Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Highly Specialist Occupational Therapist. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to take on a leadership role and contribute to the development of our occupational therapy services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide specialist assessment and treatment of occupational dysfunction for 6 individuals
  • Lead the occupational therapy department and be part of the senior management team
  • Support student education within the team
  • Contribute to the development of evidence-based practice and occupational therapy pathways

Person Specification

We are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist who has a strong background in clinical expertise and leadership. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Ability to develop and implement evidence-based practice
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
