Job Summary:

Cygnet Aspen Clinic is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team. As a Specialist or Highly Specialist Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for providing highly specialist assessment, analysis, and treatment of occupational dysfunction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy services to individuals with complex needs
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to promote recovery and independence
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff members
  • Contribute to the development of occupational therapy services and policies

Requirements:

  • Experience working with individuals with complex needs
  • Strong assessment and treatment skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional accountability for service delivery

Post: Specialist or Highly Specialist Occupational Therapist

Salary: £36,807-£45,492 (depending on experience)

Contract: Fixed term maternity cover post (9-12 months)
